1. Information We Collect

We collect the following types of information:

  • Account information: Name, email address, and password when you register.
  • Integration data: When you connect WhatsApp, Gmail, Google Calendar, or Instagram, we access data necessary to provide the Service (messages, emails, calendar events) via OAuth tokens.
  • Usage data: Chat messages with the AI, generated content, lead information, and platform activity.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information for security and analytics.

2. How We Use Your Data

  • To provide and improve the Service
  • To power AI features (chat, content generation, lead scoring)
  • To send transactional emails (welcome, password reset, billing)
  • To detect and prevent fraud or abuse

We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your data to train AI models.

3. AI Processing

Your chat messages and integration data are sent to Anthropic (Claude AI) for processing. This data is used only to generate responses and is not retained by Anthropic for training purposes, in accordance with their privacy policy.

4. Third-Party Integrations

When you connect third-party services, we store OAuth access tokens (encrypted) to maintain the connection. We only access the data scopes you explicitly authorize. You can disconnect integrations at any time from Settings.

5. Data Storage and Security

  • Data is stored in PostgreSQL with encrypted connections
  • OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest
  • All traffic is encrypted via TLS/HTTPS
  • Passwords are hashed using bcrypt
  • We use Sentry for error monitoring (no PII is sent to Sentry)

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, all personal data is permanently removed within 30 days. Anonymized usage analytics may be retained indefinitely.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access your personal data
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your account and data
  • Export your data in a machine-readable format
  • Disconnect any third-party integration at any time

8. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication (session tokens). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. No third-party analytics cookies are used.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
