AygentDesk is an AI-powered platform for real estate professionals that integrates messaging, email, calendar, content generation, and lead management tools. The Service uses artificial intelligence to assist with drafting messages, generating content, and managing workflows.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
Paid plans are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods. Free trials provide full access for 14 days with no payment required.

Content generated by the AI is provided as suggestions. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all AI-generated content before it is sent or published. AygentDesk does not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated content and you remain responsible for all communications sent through the platform.
The Service integrates with third-party platforms (WhatsApp, Gmail, Google Calendar, Instagram). Your use of these integrations is subject to their respective terms of service. AygentDesk is not responsible for the availability or functionality of third-party services.
You retain ownership of all data you input into the Service. AygentDesk does not claim ownership of your contacts, messages, or generated content. Upon account deletion, your data will be removed within 30 days.
AygentDesk is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost deals, missed communications, or inaccurate AI suggestions.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
